Tuition
Policies
MONTHLY PAYMENT.
Payment is due by the first class of each month. Payment made prior
to the first class of each month is eligible for a 10% discount.
Monthly tuition is determined by the number of classes offered at
each level for the year (August 2010-July 2011), not by the number
of classes in any particular month. (Classes occurring in the fifth
week of a month will offset those months with fewer classes due
to holidays). Any other arrangements must be pre approved by the
Executive Director.
TUITION IS
NOT REFUNDABLE. If you intend on withdrawing from class, then
you must notify BRT in writing by the 27th of the month or be obligated
for the next month's tuition. If written notice has not been received
by the 27th of the month, the student will still be considered enrolled
and obligated for the following month's tuition. THERE ARE NO REFUNDS.
CANCELLATION.
If you intend on withdrawing from class, then you must notify BRT
in writing by the 27th of the month or be obligated for the next
month's tuition. If written notice has not been received by the
27th of the month, the student will still be considered enrolled
and obligated for the following month's tuition. THERE ARE NO REFUNDS.
LATE CHARGE.
A $5.00 late charge will be added to all accounts that are 30 days
past due, and the late charge will accrue monthly until the account
balance is paid in full. Students with outstanding accounts (more
than 45 days) will not be allowed to take class until the account
balance has been paid.
REFUNDS/REDUCTIONS.
No refunds or reductions will be made on the next month's bill for
classes missed in the current month. Students may make up a missed
class by taking a similar class within one month of the missed class.
Please check with your instructor for his/her recommendation. Classes
cancelled by BRT due to hazardous weather conditions or any other
reason will be rescheduled.
SERVICE CHARGE.
BRT will add a $25.00 service charge to the student's account for
any returned checks. Any additional charges that BRT may incur as
the result of a returned check will also be charged to the student's
account.
